The importance of the survey at this point in the buying process is often
under valued. For the most part when someone is buying a property it is
the largest single investment commitment they will make in their lifetime,
yet they neglect to ensure that adequate detailed analysis is completed
before the purchase. In the case of older properties a structural survey
is a must. There are different types of surveys:
