LAND REGISTRY FEESIn the course of the conveyance a search is made to check the official
register of land ownership. The solicitor or conveyancer will register
the transfer of ownership of the property into the buyers name with the
land registry. The fees for completing this are paid by the buyer and
can range from £40-£500 depending on the value of the property. |
