Look at the advantages and disadvantages of buying a new or old property.
Make yourself aware of the different types of property ownership, i.e. leasehold or freehold
Find out about the local amenities, i.e. transport services, shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants, schools, places of worship, leisure services.
