If after viewing the property for sale you wish to proceed with an offer, contact propertyinmind.com. When the seller
has formally accepted the terms of the offer being made both parties will enter into legal arrangements.
The buyers solicitor will inform the sellers solicitor of the offer being made.
The sellers solicitor will receive details of the formal offer being made, and will
notify the buyers solicitor if the offer is acceptable or if there are changes.
The buyers solicitor in return, will inform the sellers solicitor if the terms of the counter offer being made
is acceptable, or may ask for some changes.
The process may be repeated a number of times, until both sides agree terms.
When a final offer is accepted by the seller, then it must be concluded, this is
known as "concluding missives" and makes the offer legally binding. The sellers solicitor will
forward a final letter to the buyers solicitor, who in turn acknowledges the conclusion of the offer.
