- That there are no outstanding disputes regarding the property i.e.
planning.
- If there are any covenants attached to the property and that these
are not unduly restrictive.
- There are no undisclosed charges or mortgages against the property.
- That there is no imminent planning permission in the pipeline that
will affect the property.
- What specifically is involved in the sale i.e. fixtures and fittings.
