Conveyancing is the legal act of transferring the right of ownership,
otherwise known as the title of the property. It is possible to carry
out this process yourself, but deregulation of the market means that it
would no longer be cost effective. The monetary saving would be miniscule
considering the risk involved if something went wrong. Therefore it is
highly recommended that you use a solicitor for this process.

In the case of a new property, the process involves checking, size, boundaries
shown on the plan, services are provided, contract prescribed to proper
build specification, any rights of way.
